The VBS Director’s Checklist

The VBS Director plays a key role in Vacation Bible School. The Director is involved in determining the VBS format and schedule, recruiting other workers, overseeing daily VBS activities, keeping up with the budget and spending, working with decorating and cleanup, promoting VBS and following up after VBS, etc.
